The FPN 2025 Annual Meeting will be held in San Antonio, Texas at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa. Please mark your calendar - March 10 through March 14, 2025.

The FPN Annual Meeting offers several social networking opportunities as well as scheduled meeting appointments for attendees. We offer a forum for members to exchange ideas that promote, advance and ensure the future of independent pharmacy.

• For planning purposes, here is the general schedule of events:

• Tuesday March 11 – FPN Members Only Meeting (adjourn 4:00 P.M.), Board of Directors Meeting (adjourn 5:00 P.M.), followed by an evening FPN Members Only Cocktail Reception

  Wednesday March 12 – Golf Event or Social Event in the morning, followed by an evening Welcome Reception

  Thursday March 13 – Vendor Meetings followed by the FPN Annual Dinner

  *Times and locations will be announced in the meeting invitations

The FPN Vendor Meetings are appointments scheduled by FPN for each attending vendor to meet with the attending GPO representatives. Appointments are scheduled approximately every 20 minutes, and vendors will have an opportunity to meet with a representative from all attending GPOs. Schedules, appointment information and attendee information will be provided in advance by FPN.
